What is Exercise Physiology?

Exercise physiology focuses on designing targeted exercise interventions for a wide variety of health conditions. These interventions aim to help you prevent or manage your health conditions through different forms of exercise. The ultimate goal through exercise physiology is to improve your overall health and wellness, and quality of life. Our Brisbane Exercise Physiologist also works with recreational and elite athletes who are looking at optimising performance.

In our multidisciplinary team, our exercise physiologists work closely with other allied health professionals in our team (such as physiotherapists, chiropractors, and podiatrists). We aim to ensure a holistic approach is taken to manage your health.
