Will Liao

Founder & Director of Revival Healthcare

Will is the founder and director of Revival Healthcare Pty Ltd and the principal physiotherapist at Revival Health Physiotherapy & Allied Health clinic. He graduated from University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) and has worked in every healthcare setting in the past, including hospitals, private practices, residential aged cares, community and disability sectors. 

 

He has helped thousands of patients with a range of musculoskeletal, sporting, and neurological conditions and are experienced in these fields. His first company, Revival Healthcare, has been providing ongoing allied health services to our local Queensland communities, residential aged cares, and disability sectors since 2020. Will has a strong expertise in exercise and gym-related injuries as he loves to train at our well-known CBJ gym. So much that he decided to partner with CBJ and opened his clinic here to help more people with the same interest. 

 

Will puts great emphasis on clear communication and education about your problem, along with a concise treatment plan taking into consideration clinical experience and the most current, evidence-based literature. He is passionate about his work and takes pride in connecting with his patients as they embark on their recovery journeys and get back to what they love doing. 

Winnie Liao

Principal Podiatrist

Winnie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Podiatry from the Queensland University of Technology. She specialises in all aspects of podiatry, ranging from sports medicine, orthotic manufacture, ingrown toenails & surgery, paediatrics, to High Risk Podiatry. 

 

Winnie has gained a wide range of experience in different settings including private practices and community. Winnie also works for Queensland Health, fulfilling her interest in treating complex conditions and healing ulcers. She is passionate about helping people achieving their goals. 

 

Winnie has completed her dry needling course and she enjoys utilising dry needling and manual therapy to help her patients become pain free. Winnie can also perform shockwave therapy for those who needs musculoskeletal help. 

 

Winnie has an abundance of love for dogs, and she spends a lot of time with her miniature dachshund Lucius. In Winnie’s free time, she enjoys travelling, sewing, and exploring new things. She is an active podiatrist who likes to stay fit through weight training, badminton and swimming. Winnie was also crowned as the winner of Miss Australia Chinese (Brisbane Region) in 2023.

Duy Huynh

Clinical Director & Principal Physiotherapist

Duy graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours). He has spent most of his time working helping his patients recover from a range of injuries from acute sport injuries to complex chronic conditions. Duy focuses on a more holistic approach to treatment to ensure that his patients receive the best care. This predominantly involves a combination of hands on therapy to help diagnose and treat soft tissue and joint injuries and functional retraining to help his patients reach their desired goals.

 

Outside of work, Duy enjoys going out to find new places to eat and then later going to the gym to help burn off the calories. He also enjoys reading and self-development as he actively works towards being both physically and mentally resilient.

Kevin Liou

Physiotherapist

Kevin is a compassionate and highly skilled physiotherapist in both the management of day-to-day injuries and the development of strength-building exercises tailored for the elderly. With his extensive background in aged care and home care services, he possesses a deep knowledge of exercises designed to alleviate headache and back pain. Kevin is unwavering in his dedication to enhancing the quality of life for patients of all ages, supporting them in regaining their independence and achieving a pain-free existence.

Outside of his working hours, he spends a lot of time in training basketball specific exercises to improve his game of basketball. He excels in aiding basketball players in their post-surgery recovery journey, particularly during the challenging phase of adapting to crutches. His specialized approach integrates hands-on techniques and exercise therapy, guiding players along the path to rebuilding strength, coordination, and confidence. Whether it's a smooth layup or a perfect three-point shot, Kevin can assures your return to the basketball court.

Bevan Chen

Exercise Physiologist

Bevan Chen is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist passionate about creating sustainable and effective changes. Maintaining and improving the ability to perform everyday activities and tasks is of utmost importance. Bevan has had extensive experience with various conditions and injuries, and has a strong interest in Type 2 Diabetes, Osteoporosis, and Parkinson’s Disease. Bevan is experienced with all ages including young children to older adults. His aim is to help you achieve your desired outcome in the best possible time frame.

 

In addition to exercise rehabilitation, Bevan has also developed an interest in sports performance training and exercise capacity testing throughout his career as an Exercise Physiologist.

Bevan has exceptional understanding in sports performance exercise prescription. Throughout his history in competitive swimming, Bevan thoroughly understands the specifics required for athletes to achieve optimum performance.

 

Bevan fluent in both English and (Chinese) Mandarin.

Tho Tu

Physiotherapist

Tho earned his Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from the esteemed University of Queensland. His professional journey has been marked by extensive community engagement, where he has adeptly administered care across the age spectrum, ranging from young paediatric cases to elderly geriatric patients.

 

Tho's commitment to his craft is particularly evident in his affinity for geriatric patients dealing with intricate conditions encompassing neurological, cardiovascular, and musculoskeletal domains. His proficiency in managing such complex presentations showcases his exceptional dedication to advancing the health and well-being of the elderly demographic.

 

During his time away from work, Tho dedicates time to his personal pursuits, indulging in running and rigorous exercise routines with his gymnastic rings. Additionally, he finds comfort in the companionship of his cherished white feline, Meow Meow.
